IN PERSON: Visit the ICT Service Desk in the Central Library on South Kensington Campus between 08:30—18:00, Mon—Fri. It's next to Room 110 on Level 1 by the central staircase

Contact an ICT Customer Service Manager

The Customer Services Managers are the go-to point of contact for any operational issues within departments, helping to ensure that ICT delivers the exceptional levels of service our customers expect. If you are unsure of who to contact in ICT please speak to your dedicated Customer Services Manager and they will help point you in the right direction.

*Out of Hours service is provided by an organisation external to the College. They are governed by contract and Service Level agreement. In order to provide all users with the service, the organisation has the names, email addresses, phone numbers and University IDs of College members held on secure servers. Your location may also be shared if it is relevant to an enquiry you make to the service. For more information about how the College protects your privacy, read our data protection policy.
